  • 3 & 6 monthly inspection fees and reports to owners
  • Maintenance handling / organisation fee
  • Payment of invoices, rates, insurances on owner’s behalf
  • Administration fees
  • RTA & QCat Mediation / tribunal fee (magistrates court fees excluded)
